Welcome!

I know what it feels like to carry many roles at once — to be the one others depend on while quietly wondering where youfit inside your own life.

I work with women who are overwhelmed, neurodivergent, entrepreneurial, caregiving, leading, retiring, rebuilding, or standing at the edge of a life transition they didn’t fully plan but know they must walk through. Women who are capable, creative, and deeply thoughtful — yet exhausted from trying to hold everything together alone.

My work is grounded in lived experience as much as professional training.

I’m someone who finds restoration in museums, parks, and long walks outdoors (preferably without bugs). I love travel adventures, can finish a good book in a single day on vacation, and recently discovered the quiet satisfaction of building with Legos — piece by piece, structure emerging from possibility. Cooking for family and friends brings me joy, and yes, I unapologetically unwind with K-dramas.

I’m also a wife partnered with an extraordinary human who understands me most of the time, a mother to three remarkable adults I now call friends, and a grandmother to a spirited grandson who reminds me daily that growth never stops.

For much of my life, I believed I had to be perfect — organized, prepared, composed. Life gently and sometimes firmly taught me something different:

it’s okay to be messy, vulnerable, and uncertain. There is power in walking into a room without all the answers and choosing curiosity over control. When we allow ourselves to stay open, learning reveals itself everywhere.

Before founding Jessica Organizes You (JOY), my professional path included more than a decade in the financial industry followed by nine years supporting education administration — all while raising my family. Eventually, a persistent inner pull toward more meaningful work led me to step away from traditional employment and into entrepreneurship. That transition required deep reflection about purpose, identity, and how I wanted to show up in the world.

During that period, I uncovered something surprising: I wasn’t disconnected from people — I simply needed healthier boundaries around how I engaged with them. Understanding this changed everything. It allowed me to redefine my purpose: supporting individuals who are adaptable and imaginative but feel pressured to mask who they truly are.

Guided by curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, I immersed myself in the study of human behavior, life transitions, productivity, and neurodiversity. That journey deepened not only my professional practice but my understanding of myself and the many ways brains and lives can work beautifully differently.

Today, as a Coach and Productivity Consultant, I partner with my clients in a supportive space create spaces where performance and masking are not required; a space where we tease out the answers that are already with you.. Together, we explore what works for your brain, your season of life, and your definition of success.

My role is not to change who you are — it is to help you see your strengths clearly, design supportive systems, and move forward with intention and self-trust.

In our work together, you will find empathy, structure, honesty, and partnership. Your goals lead the way. My commitment is to walk alongside you as you build a life that feels organized, aligned, and fully your own. Let’s journey together towards thriving!
